Seminars are CEJA's flaghsip events that bring young European farmers in direct contact with policymakers, representatives from global institutions and research organisations to name a few.
Over the years CEJA has held hundreds of these events the length and breadth of Europe. Seminars normally take place over a few days and include panel discussions with leading speakers on agricultural topics, policy working groups and farm visits in the local area.
The CEJA Presidency composed of young farm leaders chairs panel discussions and the President will share the lead panel discussion with policymakers and deliver a speech to those gathered. These events are key for training young farmers in leadership roles, familiarising them with important policy developments and giving them the microphone to put the questions to decision makers. Around 4-5 delegates from each member organisation will travel to the Seminar venue to exchange with their colleagues from around Europe and represent their organisation in internal working groups and discussions.
